help please!!!

My 9 month old still won't sleep through the night. He gets up every two hours to eat still! I've tried everything from less naps during the day to warm bottles at night. No milk at night just water....I've tried oatmeal in the milk. I've tried a warm bath a night with a massage and nothing!ive even tried letting him cry it out but it gets to the point where he just goes insane if he doesn't have his milk or paci. I'm super exhausted all day and I don't know how much more I can take 😫please if any moms have been through this or have any advice I would really appreciate it. Thank you
