working out
Will I lose weight and get into shape if I work out about 2-3 times a week and every night I do an at least 25 second plank (that's all I can do) and some ball excercises and a few squats and jumping jacks? I want to lose weight and get into shape so bad but I am feeling so unmotivated. ;(
(Ps I also cut out sodas and breads.. haven't had any in 2 weeks)
