Questionable pains

Trying to get pregnant if had one baby 7 months ago and now trying to get pregnant again I have experience a lot of vaginal pain that makes me bundle over if I cough it puts me in even more pain and don't know if my uterus is trying to get ready for a baby or if something has gone wrong. I have had no spotting and my last period ended 5 days ago. I haven't went to get a pregnancy test because it would be way to early. Can anyone give me some clarity on what's going on with me?
