Sciatic Nerve??

Question

Does anyone have advice on alleviating sciatic nerve pain?? I've never had it before, but it's killing me now! For a couple days it was just my back and butt, but now it's going down the back of my leg all the way to my foot!

I'm trying not to sleep on that side, heating pads, my husband has tried massages, Tylenol.. I don't know what else to do but I'm at my wits end, trying to chase a toddler while limping! (This showed up for the first time ever now that I'm pregnant again, even though I dodged it during my first pregnancy.)

Go to physical therapy. We get this all the time and most people get relief from a mix of manual hands on therapy, stretching, and a strengthening program.

Had this throughout my entire pregnancy. I never found anything to completely fix the pain. Depending on how far along you are you can try a support and for your belly, that helped me a little. And if baby  is laying in the nerve you're just outta luck unless baby moves lol 
I took warm baths, heat pad, Tylenol and they all helped a little but not solve it completely

I've heard you can put a tennis ball where it hurts and I guess lay down and roll on it? But idk if it works or not
