PREGNANCY TEST HELP

Girls I need help! My first time taking a pregnancy test, I don't know what to think it shows a faint line and I'm hoping I'm not pregnant but can anyone help me? Who ever took a drug store pregnancy test please help

I called planned parenthood and tomorrow I'm going to find out, they can help me but guys I'm nervous I hope I'm not pregnant I'm just 17 and yes I know it's stupid and immature to not use protection I'm irresponsible my fault but if I do end finding I'm pregnant I don't know what to do
