Tmi! Piercings

I have my nipples pierced, got then in june. Well for about a week now they have ben super sensitive. Anyrhing and everything hurts them. Today I checked them while working and the one was bleeding and the other is itchy. No puss or anything coming out. I clean then daily. With a sea salt soak. And when I had spray ran out yesterday I use that 3 times a day on top of the soaking 2 times. Not sure what's going on...please help if anyone can. And I do not want o take them out.
