PCOS NIGHTMARE!

PCOS has been my absolute demise.. I didn't start having a period until it was chemically induced by birthcontrol at 16. I constantly have a searing pain in my right abdomen than no one can diagnose so they have blamed it on the PCOS. About every month my period is skrewy and every few months I get pregnancy like symptoms even though I'm not pregnant and my body just doesn't know how to oporate.. my fiance and I have never really used protection other than the pill and I have never gotten pregnant *my mom did, i was a pill mistake* maybe that was sheer luck but i'm starting to really fear that I'm infertile. Anyone else battling this terror of an illness? Ever experienced a "fake out" pregnancy (where you have all the symptoms but a negative)? I need to know I'm not alone in this...
