Carrier help!

Hey there! First time mama here and first time to post as well. I do appreciate reading everyone else's posts; makes me feel sane as I am experiencing stuff I never thought I would care so much about, like poop! I was obsessed with it for awhile but it seems we might have that going well as of right now. My dilemma now is my Ergo! I spent a lot of money on the Ergo 360 with the infant carrier thinking I could get some things done while still holding my handsome 2 month old son close. However he is not having it! So my question, do I keep him in it until he does? Will he ever like it? Is another carrier better? I had to hold him for a 7 hour flight and layovers while walking through airport recently because he didn't like the Ergo, all the while holding the Ergo because I brought it! Ideas or tips appreciated!
