Best/safe workouts for pregnancy??
Hi Ladies!
Anyone have recommendations for a great pregnancy workout? Is a tool or app you've used to keep you on track or offer guidance? I'm 21w and want to get back to working out (and help me justify all the holiday treats I've been eating!). I use to be in great shape but I've started back peddling over the past few years. I've also heard a regular routine will help with labor so count me in!
