Progesterone/Crinone question...
Do you guys lay down or sit for a few after inserting or do you walk around? I've read conflicting info and it doesn't say what to do in the instructions! I go go my first OB apt tomorrow and will definitely ask. I've been inserting it and then sitting during my hour drive to work. I want to make sure it's all getting absorb! Thanks!
