advice

So I'm a bit pissed off at my work. I am a cna and I was told I'm not allowed to go into shingles or CMV Rooms yet my work is trying to force me to go into them anyway... I just found out that one of the people I've been taking care of for a while now has shingles... now of course I wear gloves when In contact with anyone at all at work, but now I'm worried... I did have the shot to prevent chicken pox when I was little but what is your opinion on all of this. Waiting on a call back from my dr now... which she probably won't get back to me till tomorrow
