think I felt my cervix on accident... 🤔

I'm almost 39 weeks and I just got out of the shower. My lady parts have been sensitive lately so I've been washing down there with my hand vs a loofah. As I'm washing up I feel something bulging at the entrance of my vagina 😳 it didn't hurt or anything but from what I've heard the cervix described as, I think that was it.. it wasn't like hanging out of my vagina lol but I wasn't digging in there either. Just kinda rinsing the inside slightly... I'm a little freaked out now... is it supposed to be that low!!?? I've been showering like this for weeks (barehand) and I've never felt that before. I'd call l&d but I'm not in any pain at all, I'm just concerned and curious.
