Breastfeeding: true or false?

Question

I was looking forward to sleeping fully on my stomach again after March. But I recently read that if you breastfeed, you probably won't be able to do that right away until your milk comes in and is more regular.

Is that true?

Any breastfeeding mommy's out there want to shed a little light on this for me, I'd greatly appreciate it!

I did pretty much the day after delivery with first two and never ad an issue

It is possible that your milk won't come in for a few days but your baby has a TINY stomach at the beginning and colostrum is enough. Plus when they nurse they help stimulate milk production

You can sleep on your stomach I used to after I had my son lol only problem I had was not wearing nursing pads so I would wake up with either a soaked shirt or my shirt sticking to my nipples lol
