What do you guys think

My aunt flow is not due until tomorrow I went to the restroom and when I wipe I saw that tip of bloody cm ,I had some cramps this morning and couple days ago along with some lower back pain on my left side from my waistline  down to my thigh and knee .I am praying that it's implantation bleeding and not ugly aunt flow
