Dieting
So I've been on this diet since December 1st. I've had no breads, no starches, no fast food, no sodas and no juices. I only been eating meats, fruits and vegetables and only been drinking water, green tea with lemon (no sugar BTW lol that was hard) and most recently milk. My progress..I lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks and I'm so proud of myself! Slow progress is better than no progress !
P.s. exercising definitely played its part!
