Have a dog with attachment issues?

Does anyone have a dog with attachment issues? I love my baby but I cannot deal with her crying and nagging in the mornings.she doesn't sleep in the bed with me because she doesn't know how to lay at the bottom of the bed and and wants to lay on me. I'm trying to break this habit of her coming to lay on the bed because I don't want her on the bed when the baby gets here. She sleeps in her cage. Another problem is she rather play outside and come inside and use the bathroom in the house. PLEASE HELP I NEED TO BREAK THIS HABIT BEFORE THE BABY COMES
