How much do infertility treatments cost?

In 4 months, if I don't get a BFP, I'll be following up with my doctor about fertility treatments and honestly, at this rate, I see it as an inevitability because I pretty much don't ovulate these days. So, I've been thinking a lot about it, and my biggest fear is that TTC will harm our long term financial goals...

I've seen lots of women post about taking medications and doing various fertility treatments, I'm curious, if you don't mind sharing: How much these treatments cost? Are they covered by your insurance? How much is the out-of-pocket expense?
