Dull vagina pain

Ok so i woke up this morning with dull pain in the nether region. Its a dull pain not sharp. And lots of pressure.. im 38 weeks with baby 2 but a 10 year break between the 2. So im learning all ovet again. This is not lightning pain like ive had previous that the dr said was the pelvic muscles . This is different.. last week i was 2 almost 3 cm dialated. Ive also lost my mucus plug last week.. i know that doesnt mean much cause with my 1st i lost it 3 weeks before delivery.. help
