Dramatic Cycle Change
I am 29 and have PCOS and normally 40 day cycles. For past few cycles they have been short 28-25 days and periods longer. I am fatigued, breasts sore most of time and random cramping.
I am not sure if this is a good thing or bad. Anyone else with PCOS experience this?
Also I started taking my temp again has been in high 96s and low 97, used to be 95-96. But its winter and i sleep with heating blanket.
