Nothing. Studies show it is best for you though others argue that anything cotton is best. One thing for sure is that if not used correctly (by that I mean if you are nasty and don't clean your underwear) lace can cause problems down there.

I pretty much always go commando (especially now during pregnancy), but if I gotta wear em...boy shorts! Black seamless if it's that time of the month, but aside from that silky/lacy ones if I'm feeling cheeky and wanna wear something to match my bra. They do good things for my booty and are probably the comfiest style in my opinion.
