Confused and don't know what to do!

So there's this boy at school and I don't know what to do about him. He's in the same year as me and everyday he comes up to me and says hi (not like that's bad or anything) but he also tries to trip me up and on Thursday he came up to me at lunch and gave me his pencil, he asked if I could keep it for him until maths on Friday. I don't understand why he does all these things, everyone says he likes me but I just don't know! It's not that I like him back because I don't, it's just the fact that he's beginning to get annoying and I would tell him but I don't want to upset him. A couple of weeks back he asked me out in science but they were playing dares so I didn't think anything of it and just pushed it aside.   What should I do? I'm only 14 and have never been in a relationship :( and I'm super into someone else at the moment 😳 HELP please x
