boy troubles

So there's this boy that I like in school and my friend likes him too. She does not know that I like him and on top of that the boy is dating someone else. Since that makes my friend so sad already, I can't just add on to the pain. It killing me not being able to tell her because she deserves to know. She is also going through a breakup so she already has enough on her plate. Please help😥😥😥
