why did my mom say this??

My mom told me to never use a tampon because it's only for married woman. She told me if I do use a romp on she will know because she will take me the the doctor and before I get married he will want me to do a virginity test before he marries me and  if my hymen tore he won't marry me and my mom told me no man will want to marry me. (Were muslim) she told me that if I break my hymen I'm by a virgin because my culture sees break of hymen is break of virginity. So once at school I got my period and went to the nurse and there were only tampons. So I used one. It was only one time. It hurt so much because I didn't put it all the way inside my vagina. This is why I'm so so so so scared and worried and I'm stressed out and can't stop thinking about it. is she trying to scare me???? Please help me. Please help me guys. I'm begging you
