Gifts from the ex

I'm moving soon and I'm cleaning out my closet to find items to donate to thrift stores. I came across a box full of things my ex gave me. I'm completely over him, but there is some pieces of nice jewelry that I would like to keep and that's it. Is it okay to keep those things or should I sell it or donate them as well?
