Anyone wanna post some workout tips/ weight loss tips/ workout pictures to help beginners! I have 1!
Apple Cider Vinegar (with Mother, which is the nutrients) can help with weight loss! I take a tablespoon of that, and some honey, and mix it with 8 oz of water. I heat it up but you don't have to. This helps with weight loss, bloating, etc.
