i need someone to talk to about starving...

sometimes i get the feeling to starve myself so i can lose weight faster but i know it'll kick my body into deep shit. i think this because i used to self harm in the past ( i used to cut and in freshman/part of sophomore year i starved myself until dinner and ate small portions) so it's not something new to me. I may seem like I'm an attention whore and don't worry ive been called that multiple times even by my parents (they made me feel really shitty when i used to cut which made me cut more) 
but i need somewhere to talk about this and get someone to understand and help me.
