have you ever felt so inlove before?

Because right now, I'm falling inlove with my childhood best friend. My grandparents use to live next door to him and then they moved so we haven't seen each other since I was 6. I'm now 16. We have reconnected and wow. I feel. Different. There is something there and I feel like I have never been more inlove and I have missed out on so much.  Should I say something? Do something? I'm a bit lost with this feeling.
