New to piercings and unsure

Two weeks ago I got my bottom right lip pierced, and I've been cleaning it exactly how my piercer told me too. Just recently I searched on the Internet and every site I've looked at said never use a mouthwash containing alcohol. Problem is the mouth wash the piercer told me to use contains alcohol. Should I continue to use the same one or change it? Here are the ingredients
