help!!!!

Hey everyone so I have a bunch of questions lol....how do u know if ur spotting as in first signs of pregnancy or sitting cuz of ur period? I took my birth control pill for 4 days but then started to forget to take it cuz I'm bad at remembering to take it and we have been having unprotected sex for about two weeks not this past week I have been ovulating according to an app on my phone and we have had unprotected sex a couple times a day for 4 days in a row and now today I'm cramping and spotting
