Bloody Show?

Question

I went to the hospital on Friday due to heavy liquid discharge, just to be checked to make sure that my amniotic sack was not ruptured. The test came out negative & I was sent home. Today, I woke up to blood on my pad. It's bright red. I still feel like discharge is coming out as well very liquidity. Is this my bloody show? Or should I be calling L&D?

To those who responded, I ended up having my baby! The blood was a rupture. I ended up with pre eclampsia, not being able to dialate, my son went into distress, my levels went crazy.. which ended me up in an emergency c-section! ALWAYS call L&D if you have questions!! ALWAYS!!! Get checked out ladies no matter how minor you think the situation.

It's light.. but it's mainly soaked through so I can see it all better through the back of the pad..

If it is bright red go get checked it. Bloody show is old blood and will dull in color

You should always consult L&D when blood is present at this stage.
