When to go to hospital

At what point do you go in?

Ive always been induced, i am 37 w/ twins and i have been having contractions-some very mild pain most just tightening. But i had them most of the night and the past 45mins they have stsrted again. Very close together but again..painless.

At what point do you go in??

When they're consistently 5 minutes apart, lasting 1 minute, for 1 hour.

My doctor told me if they're consistent and to the point that you can't talk or walk through them, or if your water breaks obviously.

I had the same question. I was definitely having contractions yesterday, but nothing consistent. Just an overall uncomfortable feeling throughout the day. My doctor said when contractions are 3-5 minutes apart for an hour or when your water breaks.  I'm 38w3d so let's see. I was induced with my first 2 so I don't know exactly how natural labor goes.

Call L&D. They may want you to come in to monitor you since you're having twins.
