Married, pregnant and dreaming about other men

My husband and I were married 6 months ago and I'm now 9 1/2 weeks pregnant. Everything is going fine but recently I've started to lose attraction towards my husband. I've noticed how out of shape he is and the little things he used to do that I didn't mind now kinda annoy me.

I've also had sex dreams about 3 different men on 3 different occasions- some I knew and some I didn't. The most recent dream was last night. My husband and I had sex and after he finished, he fell right asleep. He knows that I don't get off by vaginal sex- I get off by fingering. So normally he gets me off after he's done but last night he fell right asleep. I was so frustrated because I've been so horny for the past few weeks.

I'm hoping this is just my pregnancy hormones and not that I'm falling out of love with my husband.
