Help Pls, having pain.

I have been having pain for the last 24 hours mainly on my left side close to my hip bone. When the pain flares up it radiates across my entire abdominal area. I do have some back pain but it's more noticeable in my adominal. I saw a doctor this morning and the did a urine test and blood work. Urine test showed some protien and lukisytes (not sure how to spell it) in my urine but nothing alarming. My blood work showed a slight increase in my white blood cell count but also nothing alarming. Baby had a strong heartbeat and I could feel flutters all day still. The pain is always at a full 2/10 but when I move or use my adominal muscle it can shoot up to a 7/10. Doctor said it is probably round ligament pain but I really didn't think it could be this painful? Like I said the pain is mainly on the left side very low. I have had 3 normal bowel movements in the last 30 hours. Any input would be great appreciate! I'm currently 25 weeks.
