Who will you have in the room with you during labor?

Who are you guys letting me in the room during delivery? With my first my husband of course was in the room, my twin sister and my mother. My MIL wanted to be in there but I said I didn't feel comfortable with her in there. With this pregnancy I'm debating on letting her, we are pretty close, I'm not sure if letting her see my vagina close but she's great so I'm wondering if anyone else lets there MIL in the room also or who all do you let in the room?
