IVF.... did it work for you?" /> 
So we are starting our first round of IVF in April and want to know all your stories! We've been told the success rate is 30% and want to know if there's anything we can do to increase this rate? I've been told acupuncture and reflexology can help along with a healthy stress free lifestyle.

From the new year I want to put a new diet and treatment plan in place and then forget all about it and relax until our first appointment and let nature take its course. All advice is welcome 💕

It's a hard road and took 5 transfers but we're now expecting a little boy in May. I did acupuncture and I think it made a big difference (didn't start until before transfer 4). Best of luck to you!

We have just done our first but it didnt work. We had 4 embryos but 2 died the night before the transfer. They transfered the remaining 2 so now we have nothing left. They told me after that the embryos werent good quality because i didnt respond to the medication even tho during it i was repeatedly told everything was fine.

I'm 33 and have unexplained infertility. The reason for IVF may have an impact on your success. We are 20 weeks pregnant after our first fresh transfer and we have 6 frozen 5 day embryos. We did acupuncture and I ate a pineapple. We didn't do anything else. Trying not to stress is hard, but probably helpful.
