mental breakdown

Due pretty soon & I've discovered that I have a minor outbreak (the first in years, I have HSV1). I've been on suppressants for about a week & I'm not sure if it's helping. Tonight, I had a complete meltdown while explaining to my husband the possible need for a c section in lieu of vaginal delivery. I just feel so embarrassed & disappointed in myself. Of all times for an outbreak, 38 weeks isn't the best. He seemed understanding, assuring me that we'd do what was best, but I feel like a bad mom already.
