Two week old coughing?

My two week old daughter will every now and again cough one time and then it will be followed by a gasp of air. I have noticed it is a lot when she's laying down, after a feed, or fussing. Is this something I should call her doctor about? She has checked out fine at her check ups and she has no wheezing. Her breathing is otherwise wonderful, other than the little coughs.

Bring it up to your pediatrician if you are concerned but i think its normal for the most part. I remember my son doing that when he was around that age. They are still getting used to swallowing

My newborn did this too. She coughed when she slept on her back. So for a couple months, my arm was her pillow. Her head needed to be elevated or she had to sleep on her side. I think it was a little reflux but not officially diagnosed. 
But she outgrew it and can sleep on her back without coughing but she still likes to sleep on her side.

My little guy still does this sometimes at 10 weeks. It's generally a bit of spit up that's comes up but doesn't quite make it out. No big deal for him but my doctor said it can be an early sign of reflux so definitely bring it up at the next check up 😊
