how would you announce?

Me and my SO are currently TTC and I'm trying to think of cute ways to announce to his family that we are pregnant when it finally happens. 
I've got it all planned out how to tell my family but I'm not real sure how to tell all of his. 
I'm especially worried about telling his older sister, she's about 13 years older than us. She's never liked me and I've never really liked her much either. She's been TTC for the past 8 years that I know of and has now been going through IVF for the past year or so. 
Any ideas?

I told my mom 1st, I sent a announcement with my dog via text, called my grandmothers, the rest of the fam heard from others or when they saw me in person

i don't have any ideas for you, i just wanted to say don't worry about telling his sister, it may hurt her at first but she should be happy when the time comes, you shouldn't have to tread on egg shells when you're pregnant to protect her feelings

You could give his parents coffee cups or something, you know how when they turn hot it reveals a message, something like 'you're going to be a grandma/grandpa'

I saw the cutest idea about going to build a bear and making a voice recording of 'you're going to be grandparents!'
