friendship into relationship

My boo and i have been friends for over 3 years and we just started dating about 3 months ago  hes 33 im 25 . We both agreed we want something serious. Since weve known each other for  a while now we started talking about moving in together .  We always tried to date before but couldnt due to his work schedule he always said he wouldnt be able to dedicate time to me as a gf (he would sleep during the day and work at night for 12 hours at times 9pm-7am or9am😒he works for the union) Do you ladies think its too soon to move in together? Even thought we have known each other for so long?
