40 min bedtime wake
Does anyone else's baby do this ?
This last week my 4 month old has started waking 40 min after being put to bed
Bedtime routine is always the same and she falls asleep pretty much straight away but is waking after 40 mins now 🤔
I have to pick her up and cuddle her for 10 minutes then she goes back down fine
any ideas / help would be great 😬
