working moms + no sleep?!

My LO is 9 almost 10 weeks and is still not sleeping through the night she wakes every 3 hours and we sleep in till about 11AM, I go back to work in just 2 week so I won't have that luxury to sleep in with her anymore. How do y'all working mommas do it besides a bunch of coffee during the day?! I'm so worried I won't be able to function during the day and work!

My LO is starting to sleep longer, but during the wrong times 😂 he sleeps from 6pm-midnight now. We need him to do it from 11pm-5am. Doh! We'll figure it out. Anyway, when my LO was sleeping 3-4 hours at a time, my husband did the 10 or 11pm and also the 1am. I did the rest. Splitting the shifts up really helped so we could each have stretches of solid sleep. Other than that, caffeine is about the only other option!

When you go back to work, is baby starting daycare? If so, baby will begin developing a true routine and daycare will be very stimulating, which may lead to baby being more tired and sleeping longer at night. That's what we are hoping for! Fingers crossed 🤞
