Plan B Pill

So I had unprotected sex within 12 hrs took the plan b pill. My period came a week early I'm pretty much spotting it's the 4th day and I have no bleeding/spotting at all. Should I be worried ? I usually have a crime scene period last 7 days have crazy cramps and back pain.
