Any teeth? And what are you doing to care for them?

My LO has his bottom front two teeth poking through! He is 5 months and 1 week! It is much earlier than I anticipated him getting them and I'm not exactly sure what we should be doing as far as hygiene now that he has teeth. What are you all doing for your LO with teeth? Do you use the little finger toothbrushes or what do you suggest?

My son has had teeth since he was 3 months. We have been using a finger brush with oral cleaner, not exactly toothpaste. It's made by orajel and it's a clear gel that cleans out the mouth.

My LO doesn't have any teeth yet but they will be here very soon. The health nurse and my dentist have told me when she has teeth to use a wet face washer and wipe her teeth. That should keep them clean. My dentist said not to use any toothpaste until she can spit it out. I'm not sure if it is different in the US as in Australia we have fluoride in our water.
