Biggest struggle

I thought when we decided to try for a baby and got pregnant we would be okay. We saved money for my unpaid leave. Hubby still worked. But then my car breaks down there goes saved money. The biggest struggle of a new baby for me is digging myself out of my past due bills hole. We paid what we could on time. And we are almost caught up but Christmas is in 5 days and we have bought nothing for anyone so far. And wont have the money to untill Friday! Ugh I hate this. I hate being broke and struggling. We are by no means rich or wealthy but we have never been like this before. Am I the only one dealing with this?
