sharp shooting pains when taking a BM

I'm 32 weeks and I know I have to poop badly (sorry TMI) but I can't get past the pain I have when I bare down. It's like insane cramps and shooting pain from my back to my front lower abdomen (or the other way around idk I just know the pain is there) anyone else? I held my breath and was able to go but it was so painful.
