Broken please help.

Yesterday my son and I were in an accident. Went to the hospital and my son is great, I'm sore. I parked my car in the drive way. My maintenance guy called today and said I needed to move it because it was blocking the drive way. My boyfriend said he would move it. He said he was gonna drive it around the corner. I said no and told him to just move it and leave it where it is. Well he didn't do that he drove it around. I was mad. He came back and I asked for my keys and he throw them at me. Very angry I said that I was gonna pack his stuff because he was being petty. ( I didn't touch anything). He came back, I let him in and we got to yelling. I asked why didn't he just do what I said. He said I never let him do anything and told me to get out. I told him I wasn't leaving that it was my place too. So he started throwing my things. Broke my glass table, TV's, flip the bed. Just damage everything. He left and my son and I left too. Now he saying I have until Jan 3 to be out. Just being petty about the little fight. I don't know what to do and had no one to turn too. Please give me some advice. Thank you
