Boobs leaking

My LO is 19 mo. I stopped breast feeding 13 mo ago. My milk stopped about 9 month ago. Me and hubby are ttc #2. Today I am in cycle day 13. I never ever get sore boobs. Ever. I only get them when I'm pregnant or leading up to being pregnant. My boobs are mega sore and super tingly. Although I've only started fertile days today.

My right boob is leaking milk, and they're super tingly like when you have a let down when breastfeeding. But constantly and very tender at the top and underneath.

QUESTION- Is it possible a tiny amount of HCG could cause this? Never had it before when ovulating/fertile. Thanks.
