I feel like a teen again! 😑🖓

Back story... even as a teen I didn't have much acne (lucky girl I know). Typically AF will send me one or two as a "guess who's coming to visit" present on my chin or near my mouth (generally 2-3 days before she comes at the earliest). However, for the past week I've been getting painful zits all over my face. I've been washing normally. Nothing in my diet has changed. Can anyone sympathize? I currently have 5 on my face and the 2 on either side of my mouth have just died down. This is the least stressful month I've had so I'm a little ticked off.
