do I continue or cut it off?

So I met this guy on Halloween and we feel aly hit it off. I found out after that night that he just broke up with his ex so I didn't want to push anything. We've talked everyday since we met and hung out at least 2x a week. I really liked him and he said he felt the same way. With the holidays, college break, and his recent singleness we never defined whether we were exclusive or not. Yesterday I had a girl in my sorority tell her he asked for nudes from her and sent her a dick pic. I straight up asked him and he admitted to it and said it meant nothing and he knew he was wrong. I told him everything that I felt needed to be said and decided the only way this can move forward like we both want is to be exclusive. He agreed with me and that there was just a lack of communication between us until now. But now I don't even know if I should continue it. I like him and we get along great but with all this it's hard. Thoughts on what to do? How to make this work if I should even try?
