losing my virginity

okay so i had sex with my bf of like over. a year (we broke up a couple times but basically a year) and i didn't like it... he didn't even bother taking it slow it hurt and i told him stop it hurts and he'd stop but then keep going. It's been like two days and he didn't text me at all the day after. He says it's cause he's "working" but like now a days who isn't on there phones ? even at work.. or how about on break ? and now today he finally texted me but i don't know what to do... like i don't even care about losing it to him in honestly tired of never getting attention from him. However at the same time i feel like i'm exaggerating and i shouldn't be worried. What do you guys think?
